• Bet Cancellation: Confirmed bets cannot generally be cancelled. In the event of a technical error, lucky bets reserves the right to void the bet.
• Match Fixing: If any bet is found to be connected to match-fixing or illegal activity, the bet will be voided and the account will be closed.

At lucky bets, all odds are set before a match begins. For live betting, odds may change in real time. In the event of any dispute regarding odds, lucky bets' decision is final.

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for the welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement — typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• Cashback: Cashback is credited directly to your wallet and in most cases carries no wagering requirements.

All financial transactions on Lucky Bets are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The following policies apply:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. In the event of technical issues, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 6 hours to 1 business day, depending on your VIP tier.
• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Lucky Bets reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions as part of its anti-money laundering measures.
• Network fees apply to USDT cryptocurrency transactions and are the responsibility of the member.
